Fred the Mustard Packet Discovers the King of the Internet.

That's not a bad caricature of Takei. Maybe it makes up a little bit for the terrible one I did of Shatner.

Teenage Mustard Ninja Packets Battle Their Worst Enemy.

My buddy Eddie told me that he really liked these characters, so i brought them back.

Anyhoo, I'd like to take a minute to let you know that I'm doing a walk for NAMI with my wife. Michelle is wonderful, smart, and an early adopter so she signed up early and got her donations in. Me, I'm a dweeb, I signed up later. So, I could use a few bucks in my profile. If you don't mind kicking in some cash for the purpose of helping out the mentally ill, my profile link is below.

Also, ImprovMania is in full swing! I love performing for this theatre! They are true improv people and I love hanging out in downtown Chandler. We have shows every Friday and Saturday night. You'll love it too. That link can be found right below.

Thank you for all of the support that you show for all of the stupid, silly little things I do!

Special Cartoon from Guest Artist Arturo Ruiz

The past couple weeks have been exciting for us here in Phoenix. We've been seeing multiple days of rain! RAIN!!!!

I know that for those of you who are Portandish, San Francisco Treaty, or Seattlandic the rain is no big deal. For us desert dwellers though, it is amazing when this happens.

So many of our days are clear, clear, clear blue sunny skies. And, approximately eight months of our year is very hot. We are in a desert, so it is normally dry. When the rain comes.... we celebrate. We also forget how to drive, survive, avoid flash floods, and unclog drains. No doubt the sentence that precedes this one is what inspired the above cartoon. My friend, Arturo Ruiz, is the creator of it. He's a very intelligent, thoughtful person. And, when people are stupid, he hates it. Also, Arturo does improv with me in Robot Destroyers From Planet Earth... hey, we are playing tonight at The Trunk Space in Phoenix with our friends Mariachi Kittens. Come see us!

Check out the link below.

Fred the Mustard Packet Took the Time Machine Back to Visit H. P. Lovecraft

This past Wednesday I was at the Trunk Space art gallery here in Phoenix. They had a spectacular show filled with poets, comedy, puppets, and Psycho-Billy Rock!

Ash Naftule, Dain Gore, Ernesto Moncada and....... THE SLOW POISONER!!!

They all performed with many others, it was a real treat.

By the way, Dain Gore has been a guest art on this site and he wrote the foreword to the book. Dain is a sensational painter and puppeteer. He's one of my favorite people. And, The Slow Poisoner is one of my favorite musicians, writers, painters, comic book artists... etc. He's also one of my favorite people.

Check them out on the world wide web.

Special Edition Cartoon from Guest Artist Samson Fisher!

Samson Fisher submitted this to me, he is the ten year old son of Bob Fisher and Shawna Franks.

I mentioned Bob in Wednesday's cartoon which can be found within the link below.

http://www.fredthemustardpacket.com/2014/07/fred-mustard-packet-shares-susan.html

Samson has a remarkable amount of creativity. Bob said this about his son's creation, "Samson says that Fred is at the News Building, where all the news comes from.  When he pushes the button, random news gets generated."

So, friends, I think a bigger story is in order. I'm very inspired to show some of this random news that Fred is about create.

Also, Bob Fisher is a fantastic improv performer. He's based in Chicago (like many improvisors). When you read that he is in a show... go see it! The same goes for Shawna, but she prefers to have a script.

Good night and good luck.

Wait..... a ten year old has been reading this site.... uh-oh.

This Week is DinoWeek!

Since my improv troupe is doing DinoProv at the Trunk Space this week, I've decide to make this Dino Week here in Fred the Mustard Packet's world. All three comics will revolve around a dinosaur theme. Trust me it'll be crazy. Trust me, should trust me.
