Auntie Relish & Gator Slap!

So, Auntie Relish is based on my real-life beloved Auntie Jo. We've had her visit AZ once and it was magical.

In the comic, I have her come to AZ to create the greatest superhero of ALL TIME... GATOR SLAP!!!

It's been a Crazy Couple o' Weeks!

Last week, we saw the sweet Auntie Relish again. We also had a lot of weirdness, we decided to bend the universe a bit and it was fun going on a trip down Absurd Lane.

We even had Fred create a "scented" webcomic. There was a contest held for people to photograph themselves actually smelling the comic. Cameron Davison was the only one who had the courage to do it. So, he won. Also, he is a sensational writer. Check out his website at the link below.

This week has been Eyeball Week. Each comic this week has prominently featured eyeballs as a part of the gag. You know, we're back to normal.

Subscribe, read, and enjoy Fred at the link below.

Thank you for the support and for sharing the cartoons that connect with you. It's fun hearing about how specific lines, moments, and images from Fred affect you our loyal audience.

We heart you guys and we want to hug you 'til you fart!

This Week in Fred: Auntie Relish, Arizona Artist a Day, and Bird City Comedy Festival!

Hello Fred-Heads!

This week has been pretty autobiographical.

We had my Auntie Jo's b-day happen this week. Also, I did the open mic and the one-liner joke contest for the Bird City Comedy Festival. And, I'm facing teaching origami in my art classes in the near future.

So, the cartoons reflect all of that. I was honored with another Twitter like from Jamie Kennedy. I guess he likes reading about people bombing on stage. I got all kinds of love from my aunt and cousin for Monday's cartoon. And, I have a strange feeling of satisfaction in myself when I read today's cartoon mockery of myself.

Oh, and this past Thursday (yesterday), I was featured on the Arizona Artist a Day Blog by Shelley Whiting. It was a great honor and it was fun seeing Fred featured on such a classy blog.
